Another glimpse of indigenous carriers

I found another, better picture of the Dayak indigenous carrier. Looking at it now I think it actually resembles a kind of basket, which reminds me of another indigenous carrier picture a friend sent me (thanks, Naama) where they put an infant inside this basket and carry it in a on the back, in a lying position. I’m not sure how comfortable it is for the baby- according to this picture, not very much…
