Everyone knows about the benefits of babywearing to the baby: bonding, body warmth, recreating the experience of the womb and so on.
But I hear too little about some of the benefits of babywearing to the wearer, like loosing more quickly those extra pounds gained during pregnancy, getting back in shape by lifting daily a weight that becomes gradually heavier, and being able to run, dance and even do Yoga almost at any time.
